I’ve been enjoying this series it definitely isn’t the best of Marvel Now! But it still has a lot of potential and I’m going to stick with it for a while to see what happens.PlotIn outer space the Shiar are under attack on one their planets the Smasher is sent flying through space and dies on earth where Izzy Dare finds his visor. Smashing Out of the Cage 0

I really like the cover for this issue. I don't recognize anyone on the cover, but the very tilted perspective balancing the two scenes creates a nice surreal tone that gives you a fairly good idea of what to expect in terms of exploring the character right in the center, Smasher.This issue follows the same basic idea as the previous issue, fleshing out one of the very obscure members of Hickman's Avengers while the same character goes out on a mission with a small cell of Avengers to develop so...

Smasher's issue is much better than Hyperion's, not only from the plot and characterization angles, but also the artwork; whether it's Adam Kubert stepping up his game, or Frank Martin's colors that enhance the visuals, the whole thing was a joy.
