Radioactive babies
The Good - Though I´m not a huge fan of Kaare Andrew's art, I got to admit he did a good job in this issue, he has improved his drawings (the first 4 pages are very cool - I think it´s the best Armor I´ve ever seen and a very interesting battle scene), his Beast is awesome and the nursery scenes (specially when Joshua's army arrives) are ok too. I think the dialogues were ok (the best was Cyclops and Storm, Beast and Armor, Emma frost disabling the guards and allowing everybody to understand the local dialet); Frank D'Armata does an amazing job as the colourist.
The Bad - Although Andrew's art did improved, I´m still not confortable with his Emma Frost character (it was funny, though, thinking that maybe those soldier were disarmed not by Emmas's powers but because of her breasts) and also didn't like some shots of Storm's and as for the script, I´m not fond of the whole idea of a "Ghost Box" as responsible for the situation, didn't seem reasonable that Hank wouldn't keep track of possible missing Ghost box after the arc story of previous Astonishing issues, and he really looked surprised when he´d discovered that radiation from a ghost box was the cause for the babies mutation.
Wrappin up - I´m hoping that Ellis will develop this story further into a decent plot, with no loose ends, and a increase of the action scenes, but overall, it´s a better issue than the last one.
