S.W.O.R.D. a source of problems
The X-men are known for dealing with big problems, internal and external one, but not very familiared with moments devoted for rejoice, so reading this issue was worth it, never minding the other aspects of it, for the reunion of Kitty and Lockheed, one of the most beautiful and funny moments in the X-Men ever - talking about the plot, I consider myself a great fan of the Brood, one of the toughest fiends of the X-Men - particulaly I´m most fond of them, because one of the first Uncanny X-Men stories that I´ve ever read was of the team fighting these horrible monsters in deep space, back then Kitty was just a student, learning about her powers - I was enthusiastic about reading this arc story, mostly because of Christos Gage, one of my favorite writers nowadays, and he totally nailed in the dialogues, the characterizations of Colossus, Storm and the others and storywise this was a good kick off, with the good old threat in a battle station in space, I´m cool about it, even if it´s kind of a thread started by Ellis/Jimenes run in Astonishing X-Men - Xenogenesis - unfortunally Juan Bobillo´s art just wasn´t for me, I couldn´t apreciate someone who´s a bad copy of Nick Bradshaw, he´s so far away from it - I wish Marvel had selected other artist for this assignment, it would´ve been great.
