    This issue will explain what you need to know about the upcoming Artifacts series from Top Cow. Stjepan Sejic's art is as good as ever, even in this freebie.  The issue does leave some suspense and questions that need answering. Based on this, Artifacts should turn out to be a pretty good series.......

    the entire point of free comic book day is to attract new readers, and this totally worked perfectly as far as i'm concerned  i'm now totally into top cow  comics  this wasn't difficult to understand, it did a good job getting me up to speed, explaining the stuff i didin't know, and it rasied way more that enough questions to get me hooked  i do wish more could have happened, i'm all for infodumps but the stuff before and after the artifact info was the only time time anything really happened,  ...
