@SC: You didn't like when Havok was in X-Factor before (written by Peter)? X-Factor is one of the better, more consistent X-titles in my opinion.

I'm liking the idea of bringing Havok back from space. I don't know if he's going to mesh with the current team of X-Factor. I think that's Banshee flying there.

I'm just hoping that X-Factor remains as a private eye company, I'm loving that take on the team and it makes them so different from other books I read.

I really hope Alex doesn't come in and take over. It's Jamie's team....well Jamie's and Terry's. I just don't really see Alex as the investigator type.

so long as Peter David writes it, X-Factor will be my favorite mutant book.  
 
with the addition of Havok, I'm actually looking forward to this more than the other X-men titles.

Noooo Havok is going to totally change the book even might take over. I like Madrox is so more. They took a second rate character and made him first rate by pushing him to the forefront of a book and it worked out great.

I wonder if Peter David is toying with the idea of a localized Schism event for X-Factor with Madrox and Havok on the opposing sides. it's crazy and doubtful, I know, but I bet David's version of Schism would be funny and sensible. regardless, I'd still prefer Madrox to lead.

Well as long as Madrox leads and all the members stay together I don't care how many other people they throw into X-Factor because PAD is amazing at making anything work.
Also they are going to side with Wolvie ? I know Madrox and Scott didn't see eye to eye in the Utopia one-shot but still.

oops, posted my reply in the wrong article but in summary: I hope ric/star and Madrox will still be in the book. Otherwise I'm pumped. Pretty excited for Alex to return though, bring on the 90s crew! Except Random, he can stay.. wherever he is.

Wow, interesting.  Not sure if its the direction I would go but with Peter David writing it seems solid so far...we'll just have to see.

Gen. Hope and adjectiveless are the only ones that don't interest me.  And I might also bail on Legacy after Carey leaves.  His done such great work that I don't know how anyone can match what he's done with that book. 
 
Also, are all the X-books going to have the same uniform logo template as the teasers?  Because that might give a clue as to Madrox's standing with X-Factor.  The logo the book has now is a nod to his multiplication power.

Havok would be better off as the leader of X-Factor. I love Madrox but he's too unpredictable, and he's not that much great of a leader.

I'd have a problem with Alex quite literally dropping out of the sky and leading that team again. At least put him on a probationary period first, he could be a Skrull.
