I don't believe artificial intelligence has what it takes to be considered "evil". Something about that doesn't sit right. Cool list though. What about the one from the first Resident Evil movie? Can't remember the name of her.

The fake Campbell was a nice touch for the Patriots' image. Have to agree that AM is the worst. He hates humans so much that he exterminates all of them but five, who he keeps alive to torture for an eternity.

AM's stats should have been off the charts. "World Threat"? "Fear Factor"? Yeah, those are both about a 50 out of 10.

Most of these AIs are doing what they think is best with no real malice. Ultron I believe enjoys hurting and killing the living.

Matrix for me. Liquidizing babies & people to use as a power source for the machine population is pretty sinister..

Ultron wiped out a whole country in an hour and then made them zombie cyborg warriors in his own army. He wins hands down.

The Reapers and Agent Smith were pretty bad. I want a BATTLE ROYALE.

@just_sayin: AM killed everyone except for 5 humans just because it wanted to torture them for hundreds of years. Ultron doesn't even come close.

Ultron can't exactly be considered inherently "evil" since he was always kind of a tragic semi-villain that wants to destroy humanity due to it's corruption and is often a confused character since the same people who created him want to destroy him. If Pym coded the guy better he wouldn't be targeting humanity and look at everything in a black and white manner.

Brainiac destroyed entire planets in the DCAU for their "knowledge". He gets my vote.

Isn't Brainiac usually depicted as more of a cyborg or at least someone that started as an organic being? The only version of brainiac that I remember being a true AI is the DCAU one.
