Red Tornado is back. He's not alone. He's going to try to create a being that has something he doesn't, human emotion. Things don't go according to his plan after an attack from Major Disaster and his "Tornado Champion" turns to the dark side. What results is a "Tornado Tyrant" who only wants to destroy all humans. Oh, and Batman is in this as well.
The episode, "Hail The Tornado Tyrant!" is written by none other than J.M. DeMatteis and is directed by Brandon Vietti. James Arnold Taylor provides the voices for Disaster and Green Arrow. Corey Burton returns as Red Tornado. Carl Lumbly provides the voice for Tornado Champion/Tornado Tyrant.
First we see Batman and Green Arrow both trying to catch the Joker in their vehicles.
Next, Red Tornado faces a difficult decision.
