@megaginsengking: While Gwen isnt a favourite of mine I wouldnt say she's 'shoved down our throats' if she was popping up in every single issue of everything then yes she would be, but she's in her own universe so she's pretty self contained. And I dont think comics are that expensive considering its just 1 batch released each week.

@zainu: It's not just fan art, in the Ultron Forever story, she was Captain America in the future. Aside from her overusing the catch phrase "I AM THE SHIELD!" she was pretty cool.

(I also think they're doing a story arc in the current New Avengers run that links it with the future where she's Cap.)
