Preview: GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY #15

I don't care about the Guardians and never read a Fantastic 4 comic but Ben remembering the F4 actually hit my heart.

So they are stuck on earth due to there ship being trashed. Isn't there literally hundreds of contacts they have made like S.W.O.R.D that could get them a ship?

This is just a stupid overall plot. Then again its Bendis and not just normal Bendis but instead writing 5 books a month and phoning in most of them Bendis.

I like that Ben still thinks about the F4. Other than that it's Bendis so... nope

I actually really enjoyed this preview. Might have to pick this up come Wednesday.

On another note, did Ben just break the forth wall with that "Atlantis Attack" comment? That's kinda weird.

I've been wondering about the same thing and the only thing that makes even remote sense is that Earth is too backwards to have the proper tech infrastructure for sending intergalactic relay messages.

And even then Rocket shouldn't have that much trouble in building a one... I mean he built that space ship, so how hard can it then be to build a damn 'Galaxy phone' and call in some friends to pick them up?

Is that bigass #1 in the top right corner something new for Marvel? It's been a few months since I've read comics and I don't remember seeing it before.

If so, they need to do that all the time--DC too--instead of relaunching a book with a new #1 every fifteen seconds. Just note runs and volumes like that while keeping the traditional, larger number count elsewhere on the cover.

I love how none of the series are in line with each other... doom is infamous iron man already 2 issues in and ben actually went after him, and Venom is longer with flash and looks more like the Venom we all love.
