Where's the rest of the preview?

Someone posted the actual pages on CBR's forums (also find them here. Looks like they're retconning Scrambler's fight with Wolverine and X-23 from Messiah Complex. In the original Scrambler was a long-time Marauder (in fact he was one of the ORIGINAL Marauders from back in Uncanny #210) and was ENJOYING torturing Logan. Also, the original fight was outdoors, and this looks like it's taking place underground.
