Who is that standing behind Torch?

Who's the lady? Any guesses?

I'm loving all the scripture references, even if they are out of context.

With the atom bomb in the picture, and the woman in the back having what appears to be a Rising Sun image on her shoulder, I'd say this has something to do with the bombing of Japan in WWII.

Yea but if you look at her face she looks asian, she has a the rising sun on her shoulder and there is a nuke going off in the backgroud so she's likely Japanese.

I think that she is a legacy character of Golden Woman.

im guessing that Cap's "son" Ian Zola isnt going to be Nomad anymore. Hell, im guessing he's never getting out that dimension either.

Other then Namor I don't think the artist got any of the faces right. I'm always hesitant to assuming things like that because artist are so variable with faces. I mean cap looks like an old man in this picture. The nuke thing does make sense though.

I'm thinking more they were directly involved in either the creation or dropping/detonation of the a-bomb.

Or Human Torch 'was' the a-bomb?! I don't know enough about the character to know whether this is remotely possible or just ridiculous.

If this is about the nukes, I guess this tie in will be more about Human Torch and Namor since Cap and Bucky were otherwise occupied at the time.

But maybe this secret doesn't really have anything to do with cap directly.... remember he already has a secret with the illuminati meessing with his head

@master_thief: Based on his placement on the cover, I would guess human torch is going to be the focus of the info reveal and the rest of the team doesn't like what they see.

Or not since there is no real concrete info here.

I wonder if it is a coincidence or not that the people inside of that explosion look so much like the Blazing Skull? Hope it is not a coincidence.

Having out of context bible quotes makes everything sound fancy and wise.

I'm really enjoying the format of these teasers. Using Biblical quotes as a unifying theme is so much more interesting and engaging then the one-word teasers Marvel usually does.

For what it's worth, pretty much the main villain in the first few issues has been female. I get that that's different to a team member though.

They've got Namor on their team. Obviously they've got one. (Not that I don't like him, he's a great character, but admit it, he's an asshole)
