There's just always been something about the New Mutants that have put me off a little. They may be calling themselves "X-Men" now but, let's be serious, they're still the New Mutants. Now that Necrosha is here, will the New Mutants have to step up to face this threat?
While I don't usually like the big crossovers (or even the not-so-big crossovers), Necrosha could be spicing things up for the New Mutants. Zeb Wells is getting a good grasp on the kids. I'm glad to see Diogenes Neves back doing the art. I wonder how Doug will turn out after all this. We do have the typical cliffhanger at the end that did get me hooked. I will be back for the next issue to see what happens next.
If you're planning on reading Necrosha, there's really no question if you should get this. Or if you're a New Mutants fan, you'll want to see the fight between them and Doug Ramsey. Things won't be the same after this.
