New Details on Marvel's Next One-Shot Film 'All Hail the King'

Well, it looks like Trevor Slattery is back for more!

*Contains Iron Man 3 spoilers*

When it was announced All Hail the King would be the title of the Marvel One-Shot on Thor: The Dark World's blu ray, many of us immediately assumed that meant it would be about someone from Thor's world (keeping in spoiler-free if you still haven't seen the film). However, Entertainment Weekly has revealed the one-shot will be all about the man you either loved or loathed in Iron Man 3: Trevor Slattery (played by Ben Kingsley). According to EW, the film will be 14-minutes long and is written and directed by Iron Man 3's co-writer, Drew Pearce. The man who pretended to be the Mandarin is spending his time Seagate prison and has agreed to an interview with a documentary filmmaker. Pearce tells EW that the real Ten Rings isn't too pleased with Slattery's performance and "they would be right to be quite angry."

When asked if this could serve as a prologue for a potential fourth Iron Man movie, Pearce implied it could. Based on that remark, you can't help but wonder if this one-shot will reveal the "real" Mandarin. Viners, are you happy to see the return of Slattery or were hoping to never see the character again? Let us know below.

Thor: The Dark World comes out on blu ray/DVD February 25.
