Marvel Developing New TV Shows

It looks like Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is just the beginning!

First, they dominated the box office with Marvel's The Avengers. Now, the company is looking to dominate TV ratings by boosting their presence on their small screen, too! According to Deadline, Marvel is working on a 60-episode package to sell. This package would include four series and one mini-series for video on demand and cable channels. The website claims feelers have been put out there and there's already interest from both digital and traditional cable networks. Rumored candidates include WGN America, Netflix and Amazon.

There have been previous reports that one of these potential shows could be an Agent Carter series. As you may recall, the one-shot on The Avengers blu-ray, Item 47, focused on S.H.I.E.L.D. and now there's an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. series. Peggy Carter has her own short on the Iron Man 3 blu-ray there are reports that Marvel is considering moving forward with the premise.

What shows would you like to see Marvel move forward with, Viners? Heroes for Hire? Young Avengers? Daredevil? Runaways? Punisher? Cloak and Dagger? There's so many options, so you can bet we're pretty excited to see where this goes!
