It is inevitable that comics will eventually go digital, and many already have. While there is a wide range of independent comic books that have been released through many different venues (iPhone, Amazon Kindle,) Marvel had yet to jump on board making comic books accessible digitally on anywhere other than their own website via subscription. This morning Marvel announced that they would be providing their comics for sale through four applications; ComiXology, iVerse, ScrollMotion and Panelfly. You can download any one of these applications on either your iPhone or your iTouch to access a rather vast collection of Marvel comics; none however are current issues. Bleeding Cool summed up what you get from each application and compared prices per comic book below.
