Hell yea! I can't wait for this,it look's like some of the Justice League have a mental control over them and Superman has some kinda cosmic electromagnetic hold over his body and Batman has to rescue everyone this is gonna be really good!

If the success of this means branching out and doing solo stories about characters other than Batman and Superman then I'm all for it.

It is about time to see the new 52 era being introduced in other media. but if the quailty remains the same this should be HUGE

I didn't like the story, but I'll still get the movie. Hopefully, they'll make some changes kind of like how they did with the JL: Doom movie.

Superman vs the Elite and the previews from Flashpoint paradox were pretty bad.

I don't think it'll reboot it. DC has said that each movie is meant to be taken as it's own story and not part of a giant story or universe. They've had plenty of movies that didn't relate to each other: All-Star Superman, The Dark Knight Returns, Justice League The New Frontier, Batman Under The Red Hood.

As far as I recall, the only cohesive animated universe they had was with Batman The Animated Series to Superman to Justice League to Justice League Unlimited to Batman Beyond to Project Zeta and to Static Shock (they have all had crossovers with each other).

I hope there is not as much of Geoff Johns Batman bashing in it. I hate it and its out of character for Batman to just take Hals stupid jokes. Also, I hate douchebag Hal in JL. Why does Johns write him so different than in GL?!

@martyyy15: there was not one moment in that story where I didn't feel like punching Hal in the face.

If you've followed comics for any length of time, you'd know that the moment was completely out of character for both Bruce and Hal. If this was Johns' only grief I'd give him a pass, but his JLA stuff just isn't very good. Obviously there's some subjectivity there, so if you liked it I guess that's fine. Most of us didn't.

If you watched the after credits for "Justice League:The Flashpoint Paradox" you'd know this was coming ha.

Wait when did they preview Flashpoint Paradox? How have you seen it? And squalleon, Superman vs The Elite is by far the best DC animated original IMO. Sure the animation wasn't the best but it made up for it in every other possible way.

Ehhhhhhhhhhh. Bring on a Martian Manhunter movie.

It makes me sad that Flashpoint is rebooting the DCAU. So many other stories they could have told.

Also Gregg, Flashpoint Paradox is out on the 20th on iTunes.

I have not read this arc as of yet but just the concept of making a JL origin movie is awesome.

I liked this arc. A lot of people complained about it, but I thought the story was a good. It's the rest of the JA stories that have sucked donkey dick after this one. I think it'll translate well onto film format. They did Michael Turner justice whent they made The girl from Krypton story, so I can see them doing Jim Lee justice as well, but the story was very fast paced. Even if the 1st 2 issues were a bit slow paced. The rest of the story took and this should be fun if they do it at a good enough length for the movie. I don't see why they couldn't. I'm excited.

Can I ask everyone a question, it's a question I am asking myself and can't seem to choose a side. Would you watch pre-52 stories with New 52 costumes and or designs?

I'm not sure, personally if the animated movies can go back to some of the pre-52 stories that would be great but it seems that are now pushing forward with New 52 designs. I think in the end I might be for example if they were to do a Green Arrow Year One story, I don't think it would bother me as much seeing new 52 outfit then the outfit he wears in that comic. What about the good old classic Batman story The Killing Joke with New 52 designs. Joker with his skin from his face hanging out, seems like it might bother me. What do you guys think?

I could see this. I could see them doing Capullo's art well in animation. It would have to be like Batman Year One and have narraration in it for it to work tho. I thought it did in Year One, and I was surprisd they didn't have back for Dark Knight Returns. The only real problem I had with DKR was it didn't have an narration. It works in animated films.
