We are one step closer to all having Iron Man suits. Now, we've seen cool cosplay before, even ones with mechanical features, but this is a step beyond normal cosplay. The Laser-Gadgets website posted this video of a self-made and functional Iron Man gauntlet that has moving pieces, lights, and a higher intensity laser that is capable of popping balloons. According to Patrick Priebe's Youtube page, the German who created this beast and the founder of Laser-Gadgets, this gauntlet cost around three grand to put together. While brilliant in design, the gauntlet "runs on 1x 18650, plus 2x 14500 Li Ion cells. 2 blue lasers on board, 1.2W each, plus 2 4mW for aiming." Higher intensity lasers create heat, which can pop the balloons. This just adds so much awesomeness to this piece. By far, this is probably one of the coolest realizations of a piece of comic book tech.
