I'm not a fan of the original story arc, and I'm already getting OML in Extra X-Men, so I think I'll pass.

I wish they had given an ongoing series to Sabretooth instead.

I'm fine with the mixtape no of universes, I'm fine with the original old man Logan. I'm not fine with this.

Still not convinced moving OML to the 616 is a good call, but I preordered this anyway. Unlike the folks above me, I loved Millar's original story and I've been a fan of these creator since long before they were on Green Arrow together. Kinda excited to see my favorite Canadian take a crack at Canada's number one superhero.

Hopefully old man Logan does not keep the qualities that made Wolverine lame for the last few years he was alive. I'm willing to give this one a chance.

Marvel really wants to have their cake and eat it too with this book. So let kill off Wolverine and bring him back but not really bring him back because its Old Man Logan. I haven't read the book yet but what was the point of making X-23 Wolverine if you're just doing this too.

@sprior93: I stand corrected. Would love a Lemire written Alpha Flight book.

Because this way they can fit the new status quo of altering old characters into new ones (cap falcon, fem thor, asian hulk etc) and still give us Logan who isnt Wolverine any more. It's Marvel having its cake and eating it.

I hope this book is wildly successful so Marvel can introduce Young Man Logan.

Lol, a cover full of proxies. The only one missing is X-23. I liked OML a lot. But mostly because it was a standalone story.

Kill OML off, kill X-23 off, and bring back the REAL Wolverine! We all know the difference, Marvel...

@sprior93: Sabretooth getting an ongoing would've been great. A series about him redeeming himself, but still dealing with the ramifications of his past, while dealing with Laura and Old Man Logan as well. A book with the three of them would be insane.

Well, there are A-List heroes like Cap and Thor you can replace and there are heroes that are too A-List and can't actually be replaced, like Spider-Man and Wolverine, the result is pretending that Miles Morales is the "main Spider-Man" and that Wolverine was totally replaced with a female character.

Kinda the same with Batman really. "We totally replaced him with a new status quo... but continuity doesn't matter so here are a bunch of titles with regular Batman in them."

Like Lemire enough to give anything he writes a shot.

It's adorable you think I don't know that. When/if the real Wolverine comes back I still want them to kill OML AND X-23...

Never read the original old man logan, however i did have the pleasure of reading the mini series from this past secret wars. i for one think the sorrentino art is gorgeous, the story really gives me that feeling of reading wolverine, kinda like the vibe i got while reading it back in the 90s. the past marvel now series was horrid.....

@atheistknowledge: Think most people on this site know him for his Big 2 superhero stuff, which has its highs and lows. Its his independent books that are top notch though. Stories that really stick with you.

So the original X-men have been brought forward in time, Old Man Logan has been brought backward in time... I guess time travel isn't that dangerous to the space time continuum anymore.

@bl00dwerk: X-23 doesnt need to be killed off, her and Logan co-existed for a long time before this change, so when he does come back there is no need for her to die. And as much as I like 616 Logan I'm enjoying Laura getting some spotlight as Wolverine now so I dont want him back for another few years at least.

I'm pretty excited for this book. Love the creative team. Looks good. After reading their run on Green Arrow and loving that I have some high expectations for this.

I look forward to this title.

@currentthor2015: I'm not enjoying Laura as Wolverine so the sooner the REAL one comes back, and she either goes back to being X-23 or dies, the better. Nothing but a Wolverine rip-off to begin with, anyway...

WHOA!!!! Hopefully Lemire and Sorrentino's magic can fully reimagine Logan just like they did with Green Arrow.
