The art just doesn't seem right for this particular series. Needs something more like a Lark or Maleev.

I will give it a try. The underdog-charakter-comics of ANAD.Marvel are way better, then ANAD - "Hulk", "Thor" and that thing in Wolverine´s costume.

This looks good. I like that he's got tech and stuff now, but his name is Nighthawk, shouldn't his drones and such be Hawk themed not Owls? That being said I like that both Hyperion and Nighthawk are getting series.

Will check it out. I wish the art was grittier, looks kinda cartoonish imo. If he's a badass why is wearing douchebag Kanye's?

I bought the Hyperion comic last week and the narrative was not very good. I have dropped that tittle. I would pick this up but got to watch the comic budget so that it don't get to far gone.

Ramon Villalobos pretty much only tweets about two things, sneakers and Kanye.

The fact they are finally making a Nighthawk book, yet it doesn't star Kyle Richmond actually makes me wanna read anything from Marvel a lot less.

Do not understand why Marvel is pushing Squadron Supreme so much. I did like them as villains in the season 2 of Avengers.

i can't wait to read Nighthawk & Supreme Squadron.

I might give it a try but the art should have been more darker and better that fits the tone of the book.

I am looking forward to this. David Walker is a good writer and I've always liked this character.

Same, especially seeing as how obvious JL rip-offs they are. Without being as established or fleshed out as the JL members.

I don't really know anything about this new Nighthawk, but from first appearances, I think it would be cool to see a Nighthawk vs Moon Knight comic.

@tparks: Well, he seems to have mellowed but originally he really didn't like white people. I mean, he REALLY didn't like white people.

I Guess, now he's just decided to limit that hatred to actual racist.

Really? Rip off? Not parody or deconstruction or inspired by? You know a rip off is something that was created to claim that it was the first version.

i really thought i didnt care for his racist anti-white stuff, but i think that was actually a big reason why i liked the character. made him a lot more interesting to me because there was something for me to dislike about him as i rooted for him.

i understand why they did it, but its a little sad to see him get toned down. aside from racists, who doesnt dislike racists? kind of a generic thing, all super heroes fight against that.

anyway, i hope they can pull this and the other Squadron Supreme books off. they are far more than JLA parodies anymore

Either way, the Squadron Supreme works better when their not the stars of a book. It's not like their The Authority.

@jonny_anonymous: They're not really parodies like Deadpool is of Deathstroke, they are waaay too similar to just be inspirations, and I don't really see them doing anything that could be called a deconstruction of the characters.
