They feature the non white characters so the SJW's don't complain. They push that Ms. Marvel character on the cover of lots of things while her book doesn't even break the top 30. It's weird.

I don't think he's even an Avengers member at the moment.

Issue seems pretty pointles judging by the preview just some big brawl were you can't tell whats going on.

Also more hypocrisy, yay. Oh, yeah, Falcon is just as great a captain america as Steve thats why they both stay around simultaneously, but of course Falcon will just be one of Steves obedient little soldiers once something matters.

And for this lipservice bullcrap captain america the one chance for Falcon to stand on his own, due to the popularity of Winter Soldier, was thrown in the trash. Thanks, Marvel.

@g2_: Here are just 2 teams of the avengers. Steve Rogers Unitiy Squad (Uncanny Avengers) und the all new all different Avengers (With kid Spiderman). Parker left the uncanny Avengers becaus deadpool annoyed him.

They all look like people who are part of current Avengers teams with the exception of Winter Soldier (as far as I know).

Did this event get the short end of the stick? I thought this was originally this year's big event... Now with Civil War II coming out it seems like there's not much relevance with Standoff anymore.

But does Peter consider himself NOT Spider-Man? It would be one thing if Peter had given up the mantle and passed it down to Miles. But that's not the case. Peter still operates as Spider-Man and is still the star of ASM. He doesn't consider Miles the one and only Spider-Man because he is also still Spider-Man. So, to many fans, Peter is still the true Spider-Man. Just like how many people considered Bruce Wayne to be the true Batman even when it was Dick taking up the mantle.

Why are they pushing this as "universe wide" event when it barely reaches to involve even Earth?

Why would you assume that?? I just stated that that they push a character whose book doesn't sell too well because of she is non white, which is weird.

Peter hasn't had any involvement in this event why would he just be there at the end?

@cattlebattle: Nah. I'm just saying how people love to scream "social justice warrior" whenever they see a non white character on the cover. The new Ms. Marvel has been pretty entertaining, and I'm sure she's a breath of fresh air for people tired of seeing heroes who aren't exactly relatable, especially since she's of a race that's constantly being seen in a negative light. She's a superhero in the Marvel universe, and you'd expect her not to get some sort of representation in a crossover event? Peter Parker is still around, and he's still Spider-Man. Miles Morales has also been Spider-Man for a few years now, and a pretty good one at that, and I still can't wrap my mind around why people still hate him.

Rogue, why are you hanging out with these losers? Come back to the X-Men.

Ms Marvel was the number one selling digital comic. The sells reported only usually counts print.

I feel like Old Man Logan should be part of this since this is similar to his timeline of villains teaming up.

At the end of the Superior Spider-Man Saga Captain America did say "Once an Avenger, Always an Avenger" but to tell the truth I kind of like Miles and at the moment I feel like he's the one who's got all this change to adapt to. Peter's role has shifted too not just with his role of Spider-Man but also that of Parker Industries and his business with SHIELD. Also apparently we've got a Spider-Men Vs Iron Man Vs Regent (don't ask) issue coming with Iron-Spider Mary Jane so that's gonna be...either awesome or a cluster fudge.
