did they ever reveal what Fury said to make Thor unworthy? or did they just hope we all forget and accept it?

Is that ultimate Mjolnir? How it survived from the universe being erased?

@bluehope: @mrnoital: Nope, never revealed but hinted here and there. I suspect that the writer and editors of OS-event thought the whole whisper-business as far less important than the readers, never giving any real thought to it, and it has caught them with their pants down.

How can Miles Morales and the Maker be alive and kicking in 616? I doubt there's ever going to be satisfactory answers beyond somewhat condescending -well duh! Fractions of it survived the merger and were then scattered across the multiverses yadda yadda ya.

Are we ever going to know what made him unworthy?

That TOTALLY looks like Ultimate Mjolnir. I'll allow it.

@bluehope: Good question well at least now he will have a hammer back. The question now is the hammer from Ultimate Thor Universe more powerful than 616 Universe made by Odin. Will the powers work the same.

How bout we give Ultimate Mjolnir to Thor, give 616 Mjolnir to Sif and have Odin atomize Jane and send her soul to the realm of Shuma Gorath?

Lol, Hickman already wrote thor regaining his worthiness just before him and hyperion died fighting beyonders; he couldn't wield 'thorrs' mjolnir anymore because it required the user to be unworthy.

@mrnoital: Just because they haven't revealed it yet doesn't mean that they won't or that they don't have it planned out. Who the hell are you, me, or anyone else that isn't Jason Aaron or Marvel to claim to know what is in store for the character? I, personally, am fine with keeping it a mystery for a while and making it part of the larger story. Let it be told how it'll be told.

I find it amusing how even when Thor's unworthy they still manage to fail tell a story of Thor that doesn't involve a mallet in some way or other... Hickman takes him to the edge of the universe... with a hammer of Thorr, his story right there was told through that hammer basically... Now he resurfaces, and where is he? Of course, in a search of another (Ultimate) Mjolnir... that isn't even the Mjolnir actually, THAT hammer was a tech based thing. Real Mjolnir looked exactly like the regular one does.

Sigh.

Secondly, @franksands: What do you mean by Thor and Angela had ... "something", please dear lord tell me it's not a suspected incest angle ...will literally hurl if it is an incest angle ....

I'll bet this is yet another tease and in the end some other character will step in and pluck the hammer from Thor's grasp a millisecond before he's able to lay claim to it. OR the whole limited series will be this HUGE build up to Thor taking up Ultimate Mjolnir as at least a secondary consolation prize only to find he's unworthy of that trinket as well. And then Aaron and Marvel editorial will have a good laugh at fans once again, pissing them off and generating yet more controversy and publicity for themselves.

Another option, and here's where the incest comes into play, the 3 lines may form a name, like Huir Aldrifson Kareil. This would mean a child from Thor and Angela, and enough to make Odinson unworthy of the hammer.

Also...that looks like Beta-Ray Bill's Mjolnir, doesn't it? Is it the same as the Ultimate one? Again, forgive my ignorance please, just a curious onlooker...lol

Also, i googled Stormbreaker and it is clearly different. It doesn't have quite the axe blade that the hammer above does.

I'm pretty sure that's the case. I want it to. The hammer, Maker, miles and bombshell. Imagine if the reveal of civil war 2 would be that the Hulk in the vision was the Ultimate one.

Why can't Thor have his original mjolnir? Lady Thor should have this "other mjolnir"
