Exclusive: DREAM POLICE Character Sketches

The Dream Police are returning courtesy of Joe's Comics and Image.

This year at Image Expo, one announcement got me really excited. J. Michael Straczynski is bringing DREAM POLICE back through Joe's Comics and Image.

DREAM POLICE was a one-shot comic released in 2005 through Marvel's Icon imprint. Written by JMS, it featured art by Mike Deodato Jr. There was just something really cool about it and I was bummed it was only one issue.

DREAM POLICE deals with Dream Police Detectives Joe Thursday and Frank Sanford. Their job is to patrol the dreamscape. They've been partners as long as they can remember until one day Frank disappears. A woman comes along claiming to be Joe's partner and that she always has been.

This time around, the art will be handled by Sid Kotian. We've been given an exclusive first look at some of Sid's character sketches to whet our appetite until the book comes out.
