The "Last Days of" banner on the books confuses me... Does it mean the books are ending?

@sora_thekey: I think it's unclear what's ending and what's not. It hasn't been made clear what will happen after SECRET WARS. I would think with new series like SILK, SPIDER-GWEN, etc, we'll see series continue. Other series may see new #1s and maybe new creative teams?

I don't necessarily think that means they are ending, it's just they are separated under 3 banners for Secret Wars. I could be wrong, though I hope not. I hope Edmondson and Noto returns for Black Widow after Secret Wars. This title is just too good.

Hopefullly the "Last Days of" go on every book to signify that the whole universe is going through Secret Wars, so far "All-New Captain America & The Mighty Avengers" "Magneto" "Loki:Agent of Asgard" and "Ms. Marvel" have been confirmed to be going through "Last Days of"

Cullen Bunn said he isn't allowed say if the book is ending or not which is very odd.

Are they going to alter Widow's origins? I feel like it's barely ever mentioned that she's possibly like...over 80 at this point? And also somewhat enhanced a la Captain America?

In the movies, she's in her 20's with ties to the KGB (which would've disbanded when she was like 7) and she can't quite go toe-to-toe with superpowered opponents the way she does in the comics. She barely tapped Winter Soldier in Captain America 2! Fanboys would go ballistic if they dared do that to Cap!

@aliltron: @g_man: It sort of sucks that we don't know. It just sounds like we're getting a New 52ed Marvel after all of these "Last Days Of..." banners. (I hope not)

But I do agree, it wouldn't make sense to re-number the new titles. Especially not Unacnny Avengers.

Yeah, I don't remember where I read it but someone asked if these books were getting cancelled and they said no it didn't mean that. I mean Ms. Marvel is under the "Last Days" banner too, but judging by how popular that book is, there's no way that's getting cancelled. Gives me some comfort because honestly, to me at least, this is one of the best books being published by Marvel. It's personally my favorite book from here.
