Liefeld meets with filmmakers of 'Deadpool' movie
It seems like the folks behind the upcoming 'Deadpool' movie have gone to the character's creator for advice on what to do for the film! Late yesterday evening Rob Liefeld could not quell his excitement and updated his twitter feed several times prior to, during and following his meeting with Lauren Schuler Donner, the woman behind the X-Men movies. It seemed based on his reaction, Liefeld is liking the direction that Donner is taking the film. Here is what he had to say last night.

I think the part I like the most about this is the prospect of seeing Deadpool break the fourth wall. Getting Liefeld in as a consultant for the film is great because he is the man behind the 'Merc with a mouth.' Receiving his stamp of approval means that filmmakers are concerned with the accuracy of the character, that's a good thing! Are you excited about the upcoming film?
