Looks like Voodoo is part of the Edge now haha
Every one of these titles look good.
YES even Suicide Squad. I think Harley will be written well because she has a Deadpool writer writing her.
DC tries to make us feel comfortable with most of the writers because they are so typecast. Which I think was the right choice in this situation.

BTW there is a Survey going on at Comicbookresources to see how many people are going to get what titles. If you want the link, PM me and ill send it to you.

Out of those, most interested in Grifter and Voodoo! Wished they would redo WildCATs all together, but I'll take just Voodoo and Grifter lol

@xhavoc86 I would think if Grifter, Voodoo and even Stormeatch are 'sucessful,' we'll see more former Wildstorm characters. WildCATS seems like a given.

Is The Edge going to be an imprint? It sounds like it, something they can squeeze in-between mainstream DCU and Vertigo.

I will of course be reading all of these and every single other DC title just like I have been for the past 10+ years but some of the new titles look a little iffy, Stormwatch especially.

WildCATS  blah, bring back Marc Slaytons' Backlash. And maybe some Hellstrike, Fahrenheit, Battallion, Winter, Fuji, Diva, Swift, Flint, Pagen, Flashpoint, Sunburst, Nautika, Ion, Lancer, Strafe, Synergy, Cannon, Undertow, Comanche, Henry Bendix- I think that about covers most of the original line up for Stormwatch.

Cor, a lot of books here I want to read. Will probably pick up Grifter, Stormwatch, ASW, maybe peek at Blackhawks and Suicide Squad. That Harley outfit is really offputting, but the concept of Suicide Squad has consistently created an excellent book.

I miss the old Backlash pre-Worldstorm, he was a great character that wasn't used nearly enough.

Am I the only person who thinks that OMAC would have made better sense after Infinite Crisis, not now. I mean it looks cool, but seems less relevent then it could have been...

Better would have been Final Crisis, the story of two of the Legion of Superheroes ended on a burnt out earh where one man was chosen to be an OMAC in order to save what was left of humanity (the mans son).

Btw does anything think the Dreamwar crossover will now be canon?

Just noticed that Stomwatch is supposed to follow the ominous events of Superman #1...despite the fact that Superman #1 is scheduled for release 3 weeks later.

Glad to see that calendar fuck-ups are still in effect. :|

Just noticed some of these are rated "T+". Anyone familiar enough with DC's rating system to decipher what distinguishes that from a straight T?

I'm actually excited about reading Stormwatch for the fact that Cornell is writing it, and because due to my newfound fascination of Midnighter and Apollo, which in their own right, are some beastly characters to merge into the DCnU. Don't sleep on this title, guys.

Reading Deathstroke (because I think it'll be a great series) and Suicide Squad (because I like the characters).

Other than that, maybe All-Star Western, Blackhawks, and/or Grifter?  I'm going to be poor when this is all over T_T.

Deathstroke just looks so damn cool.  FINALLY he got rid of those stupid damn pirate booties.  Grifter in DC is a suprise but a good one.  His MLB catcher pad are stupid tho.  I hope that Midnighter and Apollo are not gay still.  Just something I didn't really like reading about in a comic, and Midnighters look is stupid as hell.  I wonder if Jack Hawksmoor with still walk around without his shoes on.

EWWWWW EVEN MORE!!
So Stormwatch AND Checkmate are around? Why? How many SHIELD organizations does one world need?
and Brother Eye really shouldnt be here. It sounds more and more like DC just wanted to change characters costumes and personalities more than their timeline... which stinks because the  personalities are what their fans loved the most.

This is such a bullshit excuse to merge the Wildstorm Universe into the DCU. Jim Lee had to fold his old company, but couldn't let the characters disappear. Now, everything that had been going on for years is being rebooted because of this and the upcoming Superman lawsuit that the rumor mill has been churning out. Marvel better not get any ideas, they have screwed the pooch doing far worse than this one time too many.

Directly following the ominous events of SUPERMAN #1

I'm more and more smelling a big on-going arc spinning out of Flashpoint, and probably getting fixed by the end of next year/mid-summer....

Also, can't wait what storyarcs Palmiotti and Grey will be able to play with now that the Old West DC book isn't a Jonah Hex centered series anymore.
A Bat Lash story arc? El Diablo? The Trigger Twins back in modern comics finally??

*sigh*. I want my comics back. I understand the desire to want to redo some things but, come on. Do they have to destroy the comics I was enjoying to do it? Why take away my Gothem Sirens and Secret Six to give me Suicide Squad? I'm seriously not happy with this direction.
