Topless Robot posted this earlier today, it's a clip from the upcoming episode of Doctor Who featuring Matt Smith as the Doctor. Most of us were pretty worried about someone so young playing the Doctor, but Tennant couldn't be the Doctor forever. I know we're only looking at 30 seconds of Smith as the Doctor, but I personally, being a Doctor Who fanboy, like what I saw. Most of us will just be excited to have a full season on the air again. Another reason, if you've ever watched Doctor Who before, you should get excited is that Steven Moffat is writing a bunch of episodes. Who's Steven Moffat? Well, he's the guy that wrote the episode 'Blink' in Season 3. You know, the one with Sally Sparrow and the Weeping Angels? He also wrote 'Girl in the Fireplace,' 'Forest of the Dead,' and 'Silence in the Library.' All amazing episodes, in my opinion.
The first episode of the 5th season entitled, "The Eleventh Hour" will air April 3rd in the UK, and then 2-3 weeks later in the States on BBC America. Will you guys watch the new season? What do you think of the new Doctor?
