Towards the latter half of the opening season of CW's The Flash, Cisco Ramon, played by Carlos Valdes, learned the he was affected by the particle accelerator explosion. Cisco has super-powers and he's only just now understanding them and far from being able to use them. Carlos Valdes discussed Cisco's journey and how he's going to transform in season two of the show.
