Artist Steve McNiven's cover for GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY is really pretty. There is really not a whole lot to the cover except for the fact that it is really aesthetically pleasing. The pencils are clean and the colors vibrant, showcasing the eclectic cast of characters fans will find within the pages of the issue.

We love Nightcrawler, and he looks absolutely awesome gracing the cover of ASTONISHING X-MEN #60. The character seems to be literally leaping through the page, and artist Giuseppe Camuncoli proves he can do wonders with perspective, making a simple cover appear really interesting.

The cover to B.P.R.D.: VAMPIRE #1 by Fabio Moon is simply stunning. We loved the way the artist plays with contrasting colors for the cover, giving the image a very creepy tone.

Sometimes less is more, as is the case in artist Chris Burnham's cover to BATMAN INCORPORATED #9 depicting the silhouette of 'The Dark Knight.' It gives the book a somber tone, appropriate considering the events we've seen over the course of the last month.

The third issue of DEADPOOL KILLUSTRATED features a cover by artist Michael Del Mundo that is simply fantastic: it's a great homage to Charles Dickens' 'A Christmas Carol.' The image is beautifully drawn and the colors are superb; a really impressive picture.
