JLA Year One has a lot of cool fights, but it's been a long time since I read it, so I don't have specific issues, although it's only 12 issues long anyway.
Same goes for Aquaman Time & Tide, which is only 4 issues long and Brightest Day (although it's 26 issues)
Also Man of Steel #103 has a very neat confrontation between Superman and Aquaman.

It's from the movie Justice League Crisis on Two Earths.

The Throne of Atlantis crossover, the battle between the heroes of the surface world and Atlantean army definitely makes the top list of greatest Aquaman battles. My favorite scene was from the panels when Aquaman faces off against his brother Ocean Master and receives the rights as King of Atlantis afterwards. Badass.

One of my favourites has been Arthur vs. Manta at the end of 'The Others' - one of the most tense battles I've ever read, especially once the readers discovered the 'blood' feud between Manta and Arthur.
