    An exhausted, beaten Aquaman is taken to New York's S.T.A.R. Labs where he's asked by the New Titans to help them save the life of Aqualad. Also, the man who killed Aquaman's son returns!

    QueeQueg continues his efforts to eliminate Aquman, who he views as a false prophet of environmentalism for his stance against whaling. Queequeg armed with his high tech weaponry chases the king of the seas with his tech torpedoes, escaping Aquaman jumps on his ship and knocks him out with one punch.

    Meanwhile the King of Tritonis makes a deal with an unseen surfacer agreeing to give him five soldiers in exchange for the death of Aquaman. As Aquaman arrives to the United Nations before passing out, and being taken to the New York division of S.T.A.R. Labs, where the Teen Titans ask for his aid, as Garth was badly injured in the Titans battle against the wildebeasts, with S.T.A.R. Labs barely keeping the hero alive.

    Aquaman and Porm then seeks to return an injured Garth to the Idylists,Aquaman eventually makes it to their home with Selani claiming to be able to cure the youth, and leaving them in his care as he returns to New York, where he is greeted by Martian Manhunter and Mr. Mission who has issues to discuss with the sea king, with Martian Manhunter pressing Aquaman about having a lack of control over his telepathy, due to the personal tragedies he has experienced.

    Meanwhile as Aquaman holds his press conference, Black Manta arrives with his fives Tritonis soldiers to confront his old enemy. Aquaman and Martian Manhunter then leap into action, with Manhunter battling the soldiers with Aquaman taking the fight to Manta., when Lord Iqula arrives to keep his promise to Aquaman attacking the soldiers who interfered with his revenge against Manta.
