Aquaman goes to Hy-Brasil to enlist the help of the people there against the coming invasion.
Aquaman and Dolphin have awakened and the two are beginning their journey to find the five lost cities of Atlantis while Admiral Strom contacts his alien masters. Aquaman and Dolphin are then provided a ship to search for the first city by the sentient ship, while the Mahunter advises a military council against action towards Aquaman. Aquaman shortly after arrives and enters into combat with the guardian of Hy-Basil in his pursuit to rally the five lost cities to repel the invaders,eventually Aquaman defeats his foe who he learns was the king. The queen then orders him to commit suicide for his loss which he readily does, and Aquaman is made the new king with access to the cities powerful weapons on the condition he becomes the queen's mate or be ripped limb from limb.
