AWESOME! I'm so high on what Marvel has been putting out I'm always looking for that next fix and this looks like it'll scratch the itch nicely.

At this point I just don't see how anyone can't doubt what the MCU is doing. (I say at this point but there really shouldn't have been much question for quite a while)

With trailers like this, Marvel should have NO trouble getting the hype train going after AoU, that looks AMAZING!!!! I really hope Corey Stroll delivers as Yellowjacket, because Marvel really needs more epic villains with Loki being the only real one of note and also because his stock will rise a lot and I think that he's a great actor!

Come on Ant-Man!

@codecomix: Have you watched Daredevil? Kingpin is one hell of a villain.

Trailer had a good mix of comedy and drama, and they made a good choice by having the line explaining his powers be in the trailer. Dat train set...

I'm probably the last person who would advocate for this film... But I liked this trailer.

Last one was boring, this one is awesome. Still iffy about the movie though.

I liked it very much. That "this is how you punch" line was lame to a point that it almost screwed up everything else, but I'm still sorta exited now.

Oh, and that train set really was awesome)

Avatar image for owie
#27 Posted by Owie (7175 posts) - - Show Bio looks like they're playing it pretty straight, in some ways. I figured more of a full-on comedy. Although that Thomas the Tank Engine bit there at the end was pretty funny.

Agreed. He has much more depth to him than any villain on any comic book movie or tv show of recent memory IMO.

Ok that's more like it, still dosen't feel like an action comedy and perhaps a little too self serious but ya know what this dosen't have giant robots tearing apart a city. Insted the the spectacle is happening on a small scale made to look big, potentiallly interesting.

I really don't want to be negative to what was a great trailer but i can't help that think the motivation of the villian to make super soilders is becoming incredibly cleche! Like its always is an easy option, if i'm honest i would rather have a completely different villian

Avatar image for squalleon

Loled at the end.

I am still unsure. Marvel has to convince me this movie will be good even with all those creative decision that I disagree with.

Avatar image for mrmazz
#37 Posted by MrMazz (2002 posts) - - Show Bio

@flazam: it is kind of tired but since Marvel has largely centered super heroisim around our military industrial complex as a means of contextualizing and grounding the more fantastical elements of the books, it makes sense. But yeah 3 Iron MAn films all built around using MAcguffin X to create super soldiers and profit for your anonomoyus corporation is a bit much.
