What We Can Love About It:This book....is.....so sad but terrific. It created so many emotions for me and I kinda want to stop because I can tell its gonna get sadder. What is with these foldout covers this week? Is it going to be all DC books for the month? Its kinda neat but when i fold it out it look a bit worn because of the creasing. Everything leading up the the funeral was needed I think. Sometimes I feel comics want to cash in on the death of hero or close family member and get a bit in...

Animal Man #19 0

The GoodSteve Pugh does a fantastic job on art duties this issue. Inside requires a lot of emotions and the facial expressions we got from characters like Buddy, Maxine, and Ellen, really helped convey the sadness that the reader is suppose to feel. Pugh also has to draw a bit of action towards the end and it looks just as good as it has in more action orientated issues from the past. Jeff Lemire takes this issue to finish off story bits from 'Rot World', but he also uses it to set up the future...
