Archangel is capable of flying at great speeds and for great distances. He can reach top speeds of over 100 mph. His wings are extremely durable and, like a large bird, they are extremely powerful. His bones are hollow to assist his ability to fly. He has an accelerated metabolism and has nearly no body fat. He is able to carry up to 200 pounds in flight. Archangel also has enhanced eyesight. He has the ability to heal fatal injuries by mixing his blood with those he is trying to heal provided they have a compatible blood type. He has spent countless hours training with the X-Men in hand-to-hand and aerial combat.

From Earth-9939 (Earth-Charnel) this team of heroes consisted of Cable, Hulk, Storm, and Archangel
Member of the original X-Men, the original X-Factor and the original X-Terminators. The billionaire-winged mutant financed the creation of X-Factor, and later attempted to kill himself when he lost his wings. Transformed into the Horseman Death and later renamed himself Archangel, he missed the disbanding of the original X-Terminators.
