    A mutant and original member of the X-Men, Warren received his angelic wings at a young age along with a unique healing factor in his blood. After being twisted into a weapon of Apocalypse, Warren became the cold and distant Archangel. In the years since then, he's gone back and forth between his two identities.

    Is the reborn Angel still the Warren we know?

    It is stated the Beast, and Kitty Pryde know that this Angel is a new being. Does this mean that the old Warren ( not all new x men version either ) is truly dead and gone?

    Yep. The old personality of Angel aka Warren Worthington III is dead and gone. Its a new personality that took over. He should have like a limited series that explores this matter more. It seems that Jason Aaron was the only that cared about this phenemona and further expanded it. I hope another writer does the same but does not mess it up and keep it interesting. Also, this whole thing happened in Uncanny X-Force Vol 1: The Dark Angel Saga.
