    Andy Smith grew up in Maryland before moving to New Jersey to attend the Joe Kubert School for Cartoon and Graphic Art.

    Andy Smith got his big break when he has hired to work on Justice League Quarterly in 1991 before going on to contribute to over 25 different titles for Marvel, DC, Image, Dynamite, Valiant and even Penthouse before moving on to to his debut crowdfunding title 1st Man.

    His main artistic influences include Neal Adams, Alan Davis and long time college friend Bart Sears.
