He is the first Puppet Master and the creator of Blade and the rest of the puppets. He now inhabits the body of Decapitron, a robotic puppet that has three different heads, an X-Ray head which allows him to see through walls, a weapons head, and finally a morph head which allows the ghost of the great puppeteer Andre Toulon to speak.
