Batman operates to hunting down Anarky for his past injustices after resurfacing into Gotham City. Anarky and Batman's past in fighting injustice as vigilantes are retold in flashbacks in which the two contend on Anarky's conspiracy in using a machine that will alter human thought away from relying on the status quo..and render human conscious into true free thought.
