I'm Going For A Purrrfect Set Of Cat Titles For These Reviews
(When I originally wrote this review, it ended up turning into this blog post on story setup. If you'd like to read about what this series doesn't do wrong, feel free to check it out.)
For the above stated reason, this review will just be a quickie.
This issue is another good read. It doesn't stop the momentum built up by the first and keeps the story moving at a good pace. We also get a few pretty cool moments from Cat. My personal favorite is when she hops from speeding car to car as a means to make her way to her foes storage space all the while holding two different conversations. (That's pretty impressive considering that many people can't even drive and talk to the person next to them at the same time without ending up on the evening news with a telephone pole where there engine used to be.) The conversation between Cat and her mother is particularly enjoyable. The art is also just as enjoyable here as it was it the issue before. I love the style.
Two for two so far. Hopefully the series continues to be this fun.
