Nothing is known of Pride other than that he was the first Homunculi made and that he seems to have a significant amount of control over the other six of his brethren. It is later revealed by Hoenheim that his design most closely resembles that of Father's first form and that it would make sense to call him pride since in that form Father was at the peak of his pride.
Sloth is one of the seven Homunculi created by Father. Immensely strong and motivated solely by the desire to finish whatever task Father sets him so that he can go back to sleep, Sloth was tasked with digging the massive transmutation circle around Amestris.
Solf J. Kimblee, also known as the Crimson Alchemist, is an antagonist in the anime, "Fullmetal Alchemist," as well as, "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood." He is a psychopath with a unique form of alchemy that enables him to turn his enemies into living bombs, as well as create explosions.

While he is known to Amestrians as their President and ruler, the man called Fuhrer King Bradley is really the deadly homunculus Wrath, working against humanity to serve the will of his creator(Father). He is one of the 7 homunculi. Originally, he was Wrath in the 2003 series but was changed to Pride in the 2009 series.
