    Aurora and Sasquatch discover their potential new Alpha Flight base has an unexpected tenant - the mysterious Gilded Lily! Are her good intentions genuine, or just plated? Plus - is Elizabeth destined (or doomed) to be Talisman forever?

    Sasquatch separates Aurora from his brother Northstar powers, trying to cure her from her personality problems. Then Sasquatch shows her a potential headquarters for Alpha Flight but finds it to be occupied by Gilded Lily, a woman who is capable of turning people into gold. At the end Aurora finds Walter turned into a golden statue. Meanwhile, the other members of the team explain to Talisman everything about her new powers.

    Judd’s relationship with Heather is explored a bit.  Having returned to the present after last issue’s adventure, Judd and the others takes a break at Heather’s parents’ house. He’s there as Talisman fights to accept her destiny and helps Heather adjust to being Alpha Flight’s leader. Shaman also has a talk with Judd about Heather’s fragile emotional state, but he doesn’t warn Judd to stay away.
