    Puck accepts role of Chief Administrator after Mac’s death, only to abdicate the position to Windshear. That’s it. That’s all he does this entire issue. Notes of Interest: 1) No real character development…at all. WTF? Moment: Where to start…First of all, I thought the idea of Judd honoring Mac’s memory by accepting the Chief Administrator gig was great. There’s at least four issues of sub-plot there as he grew (get it?) into the job. As for his choosing to abdicate to Windshear, that was again...
