Goes anywhere
Since joining this site I have seen this series pop up every now and then as a sort of cult favourite, but it also seems like no one ever has read this, or if they have that they have not shared that experience. I decided to track down the series (not hard with only 10 issues) and have a look. As always the depiction of the female characters on the covers was a concern for me and I suppose was one of the main reasons why I hadn't picked up one of these issues before, but after reading the inside it is clear that the covers are there mostly to entice and not to share on the inside. To be fair on the inside there was one story with always topless women, but it made almost complete sense, as did the other time there was a scantily clad woman, so although the cover would suggest a lot of skin, its was really not the case. The stories themselves were pretty well conceived and executed and were a lot better than the average space story, all of them with decent twists in them. As with the 3D version, maybe this isn't really tracking down out of a back issue bin, but it is still a decent read if you happen across it.
