    Her last name is never said, it would acutally take the fourth issue for her first name to be clearly used.  Most of The Prisoner: Shattered Visage she is referred to as "Number Six", "Wife", "Mother" or another form of female, to make sure the name is mysterious until she understands the how the Village words.
