    Origin

    The relationship between high school sweethearts Shannon Crane and Edward Warren ended when Edward left Shannon a note saying he was afraid to hurt her (Edward would later become the serial killer known as the Nailbiter). But Shannon was already pregnant by him and she decided to keep the baby.

    Putting her daughter Alice up for adoption in Portland, Shannon discovered that no one wanted a baby from Buckaroo, Oregon, the town that spawned several serial killers. Alice was taken in a foster home in Buckaroo.

    Alice grew up curious about the serial killers of Buckaroo, Oregon. She investigated the connection between all Buckaroo Butchers, partly because she was afraid to become one herself.
