It is revieled that she is Issei's childhood friend, though he confused her for a boy then. Irina is a devout Christian, even after the Kokabiel incident and learning that God is dead, she still remain with the Church and serves as Arch Angel Michale's peerage with the rank of Ace of Spades.
Koneko Toujou is a petite 15 year old girl attending Kuoh Academy as a First year student. She exhibit a stoic personality which make her appear as though that she has a robot like personality. She serves in Rias Gremory's peerage as Rook and the one who delivers the most violent punishment to Issei whenever he is acting perverted.
Rias Gremory is the primary female protagonist of High School DXD. Born as a pure blooded devil from a prestigious and powerful clan, the Gremory. She is also the sister of Sirzechs Lucifer, the current Overlord. She is the president of Kuoh Academy's Occult Research Club, most of its members are part of her peerage.

Tsubaki Shinra is a Student of Kuoh Academy and the Vice-President of the Student Council. She serves as Sona Sitri's Queen in her peerage. She is also the fourth most popular girl in the Academy.
Xenovia is a young woman who appeared with Irina Shidou tasked by the Church to retrieve the missing Excalibur s. One of the natural Holy Sword user, she is entrusted to use the Holy Sword Durandal. After the Kokabiel incident and learning that God is dead, she joined Rias Gremory's peerage and given the rank of Knight along with Yuuto Kiba.
Yuuto Kiba is one of the main characters in High School DXD. He is a second year at Kuoh Academy and popular as one of the best looking men in school. He is part of the Occult Research Club and serves as Rias Gremory's Knight.
