No. Coulson was in "The Avengers" too. This doesn't change anything.
Agents of Shield is technically already canon, but the movies will forever pretend they don't exist. The movies will make zero references to it and give zero thoughts if they make a plot decision that flat out contradicts it. When something in the movies contradict a plot point from the show, the show has to awkwardly cry in a corner. This has already happened a few times iirc. Honestly, you have to pity the people working on it, because the show gets less respect than the tie-in comics which at least has events referenced by the films. I think the lead actress has thrown a few temper tantrums about it.
Coulson being in Captain Marvel doesn't mean the powers that be suddenly found love for AoS. They wanted Coulson because Captain Marvel was technically a prequel involving shield agents, and they were happy to rip the actor away from the show with the incentive of a fat paycheck to do it.
Coulson is canon, but tbe rest of the main AoS cast isnt unfortunately no matter how many references they throw at the movies to try and stay relevant.
