    Agent Ortiz and her partner Agent Henderson of the D.E.A. are out to put a stop to Condor a group of mercenaries who are trying their hand at the drug game. Her job gets a lot more complicated when Frank Castle steps into the frame to also stop the group with his own form of justice.
