    Jennifer Kale is an amateur witch, a young woman still unfamiliar with her ties to the occult. What bond will be forged between Jennifer and Man-Thing? And when Jennifer accidentally unleashes the Nether-Spawn, will help come all too late?

    Little Indication of What's To Come 0

    Adventure into Fear #11 has Steve Gerber taking over the writing of the Man-Thing. Under his guidance the swamp creature would become a true standout in the comics world, but there is little indication of that here. It seems like Mr. Gerber wasn't sure what to do with the Man-Thing, and so treats him like a superhero - the story is filled with the standard superhero cliches where one fighter announces what they are doing and why, and battles are filled with long soliloquies (admittedly not by Ma...
