Not so good
This issue is representative of the worst that there is to see in the silver age. The first story involves Supergirl in a fantastical and over-the-top trip into her own head, where the "evil in every person" is trying to steal her powers. While she is under her friend tries to help her, but he can only plead with the police not to take her to the morgue while he concentrates on her being ok. The second story involves Zatanna who has to help a private detective get his courage back, but it is a weak story as it is so compressed. The issue as a whole is not really worth reading.
